At Gluck Holdings LLC, we stand behind the quality of PX Construction Management. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed through our payment processor, Stripe. To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@pxcm.lovable.app with your order details. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days.
Eligibility
Refunds are available for subscription purchases made directly through PX Construction Management. Refund requests must be submitted within the 30-day window from the original order date. Refunds are not available for renewals after the initial 30-day period, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Service until that date. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing period unless required by law.
